This local offer sets out in detail our service offer to you and our stakeholders. The offer sets out targets for our performance that will be used to measure the services we offer to you and points out how we will inform you of our results.
The offer will be reported in our Tenants Annual Report published in October and updates will be given in quarterly newsletter.

This offer will be reviewed every year and you have a chance to tell us what you think by writing in or sending us a message through our web site. Discussions will also continue through the Tenants Quality Panel and you can contact the association if you want to join in.
