Becoming an Arawak Walton Housing Association resident is subject to your being placed on our housing list first. Some of our properties are subject to a long waiting list and for this reason we ask all potential residents to fill in a housing enquiry form.
Once you have filled in this enquiry form then we will let you know by email within 3 working days, if you are eligible to be placed on our housing list.
