1) Are you on the Manchester common housing register?
No, we manage our own waiting list , however, we do have to take nominations from the City Council

2) Do you provide emergency accommodation?
unfortunately not, we work on a waiting list points system , you will need to apply to the Council for emergency housing

3) Do your require a deposit for a property?
No, we are a social landlord therefore do not require a deposit

4) Do you accept Housing Benefit?
Yes

5) Do you only provide housing for Black and minority ethnic communities?
No, everyone is welcome on to our list, although our waiting list priority is based on your level of housing need.
